MAINTENANCE:

THE FILTER MEDIA:
• The Pro 5R Air Filter is a blue, oiled, 5-layer cotton gauze with progressively stacked weave that allows maximum airflow. This is best used for high-performance builds, motorsports, or daily driving, used by many drifting and track racing professionals. This filter comes standard in most aFe Intakes.

• The Pro DRY S Air Filter is a grey, dry filter that requires no oil, made up of 3 layers of synthetic material. This offers maximum convenience. It also offers slight protection for off-roading.

• The Pro GUARD 7 Air Filter is MADE for off-roading and used by many Baja and King of Hammers racers because of its highly rated levels of protection. (99.7% ISO Efficiency Rating). This filter is oiled, gold, and made up of 5 layers of progressive cotton weave with 2 extra layers of synthetic material– totaling 7 layers of maximum protection from sand, dust, and dirt.

• The Pro 10R Air Filter is a blue, heavy-duty air filter available in Momentum HD Cold Air Intake kits for diesel trucks. It features 10 layers of cotton, reinforced with expanded metal to handle extreme boost and torque that diesel engines are known for. This filter also does a great job at protecting in dusty environments.
