This is what happens to your Hardcore agent when the game gives you a Delta error, I t happened to a friend yesterday when his character died and he was not a happy Agent.
This character had my raid builds on it and and Eagle Bearer, Regulus Pistol and a few other Exotics.
Having watched the clip back a few times and seeing the time it took for me to take any damage I think if I had quit the game as soon as I realised the game was broke then I think my character may have still been alive but we will never know.
