Recipe:
-400g soft Tofu
-300g Mochiko or Glutinous Rice Flour
Dango Sauce:
-4 tbsp Sugar
-4 tbsp Soy Sauce
-200ml Water
-1 tbsp potato starch
Mix everything to a soft but not firm dough.
Use some Water on your hands to roll the dangos. Cook them until they swim to the top. Put them in cold water. Put some water on the wooden sticks. Fry the Dango's until lightly brown. Reduce the sauce until it is a little thick.
