Evi Vet is voedingswetenschapper en expert in biodiversiteit en voedselsystemen. De afgelopen twee jaar is zij als jongerenvertegenwoordiger voor de Verenigde Naties de brug geweest tussen de Nederlandse jongeren en de (inter)nationale politiek. Vanuit deze functie was ze, onder andere, onderdeel van de Nederlandse delegatie naar de Food Systems Summit en COP15 waar het biodiversiteitsakkoord is afgesloten.
