ASMR is a pleasurable sensation of tingles produced by different types of sounds or whispered voices. ASMR sounds make you feel relaxed and sleepy. Some people find it really useful to listen to ASMR videos before going to bed. There are many kinds of videos, so you only need to find your ASMR triggers, that is to say, those particular sounds that make you feel relaxed and peaceful.

⊂(◉‿◉)つ Qué es el ASMR? El ASMR es una sensación placentera de cosquilleo que se produce al escuchar algunos sonidos y voces susurradas. El ASMR proporciona un sentido de tranquilidad y sueño, por eso muchas personas lo escuchan antes de irse a dormir. Lo único que hay que hacer es tratar de descubrir esos sonidos (o Triggers) que desencadenan nuestra Respuesta Sensorial Meridiana Autónoma (ASMR), es decir, los sonidos que logran relajarnos.
