Chocolate Snicker Bites (No-Bake Dessert):
📝 Ingredients:
12 to 14 medjool dates
1 cup roasted oats
A pinch of salt
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup crushed peanuts
1cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp melted white chocolate

📝 Instructions:
Blend dates, roasted oats, and salt until just combined. Press firmly into a lined pan to form the base. Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and crushed peanuts, then spread over the base. Freeze 30 minutes until set, then cut into bite-size bars.
Melt chocolate in short microwave bursts, stir in coconut oil, and dip each bar to coat. Let set on parchment, drizzle with white chocolate, refrigerate 15 minutes, and enjoy.

Apple Shortbread Cookie Bars (Baked Dessert):
📌Ingredients:
Apple Filling
3 apples
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
Cookie Dough
1/2 cup unsalted butter
5 tbsp maple syrup
1¼ cup whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup rolled oats
Cinnamon Sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon

📌Instructions:
Grate apples and cook with maple syrup over low–medium heat until soft and thickened. Mix in cinnamon and nutmeg; set aside.
Cream butter and maple syrup until light. Add flour, vanilla, and salt to form a dough. Press 2/3 of the dough into a lined pan, chill 30 minutes, then bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
Mix oats into the remaining dough for the crumble. Spread apple filling over the base, top with crumble, and sprinkle cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350°F for 45–50 minutes until golden. Cool completely before slicing.

Mango Almond Ladoos (No-Bake Indian Sweet):
📝 Ingredients:
1 cup Almond flour
3 tbsp Mango puree
2 tbsp Honey
Seeds from 2 cardamom pods
A pinch of salt
2 tbsp pistachios
1 tbsp dried cranberries

📝 Instructions:
Remove and crush cardamom seeds into a fine powder (or use ready-made). In a bowl, mix almond flour, mango purée, cardamom, honey, and a pinch of salt until combined. Scoop tablespoon portions and roll into ladoos (about 9). Chop pistachios and dried cranberries, garnish the ladoos, and serve immediately or chill for 20 minutes before serving.

Apple Cinnamon Cream Cheese Buns (Baked Dessert):
🧂 Ingredients
For the Apple Filling:
1 to 2 medium apples
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon powder
A pinch of salt
For the Dough:
½ cup lukewarm milk
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp active dry yeast
¼ cup melted unsalted butter
1 large egg
2 cups whole wheat flour
¼ tsp salt
For the Cream Cheese Filling:
¼ cup cream cheese
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp condensed milk
For Brushing:
1 small egg

🥣 Instructions
Apple Filling:
Core and dice apples. Cook with butter, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt over low–medium heat until soft and thickened.
Buns:
Mix lukewarm milk, sugar, and yeast; rest 10 minutes until activated. Add melted butter and egg. Combine flour and salt, then gradually mix into wet ingredients. Knead 8–10 minutes until smooth. Cover and proof 1 hour, until doubled.
Divide dough in half. Shape one half into 6 balls, place in a mini pan, and flatten to 1 cm. Divide the other half into 6 balls, roll into long strips, split lengthwise, braid, and form rings. Place rings over the flattened dough. Cover and proof 25–30 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, heavy cream, and condensed milk until smooth. Spoon over proofed buns. Bake at 350°F for 25–27 minutes until golden. Top with apple filling and serve warm or cooled.
