🥗 Recipe Ingredients (Raw Weights)
• Low fat paneer (grated) – 30 gm
• White chickpeas (raw weight) – 50 gm (boiled before use)
• Whole wheat roti – 1 medium
• Green chilli – 1 finely chopped
• Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp chopped
• Salt – as per taste
• Black pepper – ¼ tsp
• Chaat masala – ¼ tsp
• Desi ghee – 5 gm (for greasing)
• Mint chutney – 1 tbsp
• Onion – few slices (for garnish)
👨🍳 Recipe Process
1. Ek bowl me grated low-fat paneer aur boiled chickpeas add karein.
2. Isme green chilli, fresh coriander, salt, black pepper aur chaat masala daal kar achhi tarah mash karein jab tak binding mixture ready na ho jaaye.
3. Pan ya tawa ko desi ghee se lightly grease karein.
4. Mixture ka ek compact ball bana kar pan par rakhein.
5. Iske upar roti rakh kar gently press karein taaki filling evenly flatten ho jaaye.
6. Medium flame par 3–4 minute cook karein, phir flip karke doosri side 1 minute tak sekhein.
7. Upar mint chutney spread karein, onion se garnish karein aur single fold karke serve karein.
