This is a single scene.
Brady was stabbed in jail and lays now unconscious at the hospital. The door is guarded but Brie managed to get inside with some lawyer bullshit. Brady wakes up and is surprised to see her here. She starts by telling him that Jack remembers that it is not Brady who shot him. Then she confess to him that she is in love with him and will do everything to get him out of jail.
