Sometimes the protective clip on an ink cartridge is hard to notice, but it will keep you from being able to insert the cartridge into your printer. before you think you've got the wrong cartridge, make sure the clip has been removed.
In the video, we'll remove a clip from an ink cartridge. Your printer or cartridge may vary in style, but all ink cartridges with a protective clip are virtually the same when it comes to removal.
Also take note to gently peel off any protective film on the cartridge. be careful not to touch the elements or the strip where the ink is released from the cartridge. You don't want to disperse ink onto the metal parts, or your fingers.
