In this tutorial, I show you a New method to add a decal or logo to any model in blender super easy. by creating a separate uv map I discovered this method after needing a really easy way to add lots of decals to a model I was making and ended up with this and I think that it ended up working really well.
The application of this technique is broad. Examples of decal usage include:
Graffiti
Stickers
Industrial labels
Isolated damage / Bullet holes
Blood/paint/ink spatter
Puddles
