Light-Cone Coordinates:A new look at Lorentz Transformation of Special Relativity|

Описание: In this video we shall introduce the light-cone coordinates and their use in Special Relativity. We shall express the Lorentz transformation equations in terms of the light-cone coordinates and show that the Lorentz transformation looks like stretching of one of the two Light-cone coordinates and compressing of the other. This also indicates why the spacetime interval remains invariant under the Lorentz transformation.
