I recently had the honor of being inducted into The Hall Of Fame by Big Brothers Big Sisters.
It was honestly one of the most powerful and moving full circle moments of my life. I was able to bring my family and it was so special to experience the gala together.
I can’t say enough about the impact this organization made on me growing up and how much respect and admiration I have for them.
The evening was a celebration of lives that have been changed forever — and a call to those of us who’ve been part of the BBBS community to re-engage and give back.
The incredible BBBS team made this video for the ceremony to capture my personal journey with the organization. They played it right before I came up to receive the award, and I’m not embarrassed to say I was emotional having my story reflected back with such care and consideration… I am forever grateful.
