In this episode, Laurie Sharp-Page and behaviorist Crimson McDonald break down what it actually means to stay regulated in a dysregulating world — especially during the holidays. From pride and progress to boundaries, burnout, and baby steps, this episode blends neuroscience, humor, and real-life coping tools you can use immediately.
