We ride the very noisy, and DANGEROUS, Westinghouse Single-File Escalators at Sears, South Shore Plaza, Braintree, Massachusetts.
These escalators are not only very noisy, but the individual steps rock front-to-back as you ride them! I tried to capture the tipsy steps, but I was either too late to capture it, or the camera wasn't steady enough to see it. This is =VERY= visible in-person.
Normally, I never look at the inspection certs on these things, because they mostly run the same speeds (give or take), but I noticed, to no surprise, these FAILED INSPECTION. Nice job, SIMON!
These are nowhere near as bad as the Westies ShindlerHaughton recorded (forget where), but this was plain terrible!
