Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 tbsp Chia Seeds (soaked)
3 Dates (deseeded)
1 tbsp White Till
1/8 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 Glass Nestlé a+ Slim Milk
Pumpkin Seeds (for garnish)
How to Make Banana Milkshake with Seeds
Step 1 - Soak chia seeds in water and set aside.
Step 2 - Blend white till and cinnamon powder into a fine powder.
Step 3 - Add banana, dates, mixed seeds powder, and Nestlé a+ Slim Milk. Blend until smooth.
Step 4 - Pour into a glass and top with soaked chia seeds & pumpkin seeds.
Step 5 - Refrigerate & enjoy!
