Kylee is a Scottish Rite for Children patient who made a full recovery after a traumatic ATV crash.
She went through multiple surgeries and wore an external fixator for several months to lengthen her bone and help heal her nonunion.
Today, Kylee is able to play soccer and participate in all of the activities she loves. She even wrote a book, "Never Fear Your Climb," about her injury and recovery.
In this video, Kylee explains what it was like to wear an external fixator and how to stay positive during your treatment.
