I have a small porch, and I so wish it was larger. I wanted a cute little bench and some brick pavers... but didn't think I had the space for a full size bench! So I decided to DIY my own small porch bench and work with the space I have. I think this front patio makeover turned out great!

Directions for small porch bench DIY - Cut from 1 x 4 dimensional lumber:
15.5 in x 10
30 in x 4
6.75 in x 2 * (measure after assembled)
paint 4 of the 15.5 in and both 6.75 in pieces in your accent color before assembly
mark each 30in piece at 2in front ends
layer short and long pieces at a 90deg angle, starting and ending with painted short pieces
add the 6.75in pieces across the top
add protective coating
