[PAYDAY 2] Mythbusting: Can the White House be ECM rushed?

Описание: White House ECM rush: is it possible? A few things which make it very tricky are the heist duration (just the hacking objective by itself takes about 3m30s), as well as the fact that it's impossible to continue ECMing during the unmasked phase at the end, which lasts for around 1 minute.
Considering these limitations, is a full ECM rush for this heist feasible, or completely impossible?
