Rum and Prosecco Cocktail | The Old Cuban

Описание: Let this Rum and Prosecco "Old Cuban" Cocktail warm you from the inside and cool you on the outside! It's the perfect time for a Daiquiri Riff. National Daiquiri Day is July 19th and we are celebrating with an "Old Cuban" cocktail. Thank you Audrey Saunders for
creating another flavorful, easy to drink, fun cocktail.
Join me for the "Old Cuban" Cocktail.

The Old Cuban | Cocktail Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) Aged rum (Appleton Rare Blend)
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. (30 ml) Simple Syrup
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
6 - 8 Mint Leaves
2 oz. Dry Sparkling Wine
Everything except the Prosecco in a mixing tin and Shake with ice. Strain into a Coupe,
add the Prosecco, and garnish with one mint leaf.
