Cinnamon Roll Blondies Recipe | The Perfect Sweet Treat

Описание: If you’re craving a sweet treat that’s easy to make and impossible to resist, these cinnamon roll blondies are just for you! They combine the soft, buttery texture of blondies with the warm cinnamon flavor of classic cinnamon rolls and are perfect for any occasion!

Recipe:

Cinnamon Pockets:
4 tbsp melted butter
1/4 c brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Blondies:
1 3/4 AP Flour
1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 c brown sugar
1c salted butter (room temp)
1 egg + 1 egg yolk (room temp)
1 tbsp vanilla

Glaze: powdered sugar, vanilla, milk. Combine to your taste and consistency.

PREHEAT oven to 350
-Combine ingredients for cinnamon pockets together and dollop on parchment lined pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
-Mix AP and Salt
-Separate bowl: Cream together butter and sugar approx 2-3min. Then add egg + egg yolk and vanilla until well combined.
-Fold in dry ingredients a little at a time. Don't over mix.
-Add 1/2 -3/4 of batter to parchment lined 9x9 (or 8x8) pan and spread. Drop cinnamon pockets on top (don't mix in). Top off with remaining batter.
-Bake at 350 for 25-30 min (will vary if using 8x8 pan): Edges will be brown and center slightly undercooked.
-Make glaze and top.
-Let cool before serving.
