Please watch, like, subscribe and share this video. Paella is one of my favorite dishes to make and making it on my Weber Performer made it that much better. The Weber Kettle worked great just as I thought it would. You have to be careful with temperature control, but one chimney worked just fine with my 16" Lodge skillet. I must say as enjoyabe as my paellas have always been, cooking them over a live fire made them even better. I think they also taste a little better because of the challenge of managing the fire and the satisfaction of properly cooking it.
