On August 31st, 2020, Andy (my husband) and I started a new fitness program called 10 ROUNDS from Beachbody On Demand. I thought, "Well, how fun it could be with just boxing and no kicking..." Right?... WRONG! :P We LOVE IT!! Turns out the program is a well rounded FULL BODY workout. We found out shortly enough that boxing is more than throwing punches. We learned proper way to throw punches, foot works, we do weightlifting and core workout. It is challenging but simple enough for us not to get discourage and still having fun.
Results? I can see the muscle tones in my arms, legs and abs from doing this program. I get stronger too from doing weightlifting twice a week.
Joel Freeman keeps changing things up a little each workout - yep, unlike the old school home workout, 10 ROUNDS is "Real Time" meaning every day is a different workout video, each video is different - so it feels like a real life gym class.
Total length of the program is 6 weeks, 5 days workout, 2 days rest (I get to choose which days to rest), and each workout is no longer than 45 minutes. Oh, remember to cooldown and stretch, so that gives you a total about 1 hour workout. Check out my playlist for stretches videos in this channel.
