———————————————Recipe in English———————————————-
-250g minced meat (boiled with 1tsp salt for 20 minutes)
-half cup oil
-1 medium size onion chopped
-3 medium size tomatoes make a paste
-1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
-1 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
-1 1/2 dry coriander
-1/2 tsp turmeric
-1 1/2 garam masla
-2 green cardamom
-1 bay leave
-1 piece of cinnamon
-1 tsp of cumin seeds
-fresh coriander, green chilly and one medium size onion chopped for garnish
Directions:
Add half cup of oil and Fry onions till golden brown. Then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and boiled meat cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. Then add all the spices and tomatoes paste to the pan and cook for 15 minutes. Add chopped onion and cover pan for 5 minutes. Dish out keema pyaz and garish with fresh coriander and green chilly. Enjoy!
