Описание: The core of the carbon black furnace process is the reactor. In the typical tread reactor a high temperature flame is generated in the first stage of the reactor, the combustion section, using a mixture of a hot process air and a fuel. This fuel may be a light fuel oil or a gas such as natural gas. A highly aromatic feedstock oil is injected into this hot flame at levels to generate a carbon black powder in the gas stream.
