Chaque semaine nous partageons une histoire vécue par un propriétaire de RM.

Les premières fois, ça compte.
Quand Serendipity, ce RM970 vert pastel, au nom évocateur de moments savoureux est mis à l’eau, et paré de sa garde-robe de chez Incidence (grand voile à corne en DFi, gennaker et spi en storm light), la tentation est forte de monter à bord avec son heureux propriétaire pour tirer ses premiers bord.
L’occasion de vérifier que dans 20-25 noeuds, ce voilier de moins de 10 mètres se sent parfaitement à l’aise.
Si l’on en doutait, il n’y a qu’à observer le fils du propriétaire, 7 ans, capitaine en herbe, qui taquine les 10 nœuds SOG en jouant avec la barre franche !

First times do matter!
When Serendipity, this light-green RM970 with her inspiring name (lien) is splashing in La Rochelle, dressed by Incidences with a DFi square top mainsail and Storm-Light white sails, we could not resist to the temptation of jumping onboard for her first miles.
A pretty good opportunity to verify that this 32ft cruiser feels at ease in a 20-25 knts breeze.
Should one have a doubt, check the owner’s son, 7 years old, pulling on the tiller to manage the planning hull up to 10 knts SOG!
