Hey guys! Today I am sharing my Bell's palsy 13 day update. I was diagnosed with Bell's palsy on Nov 24th and was given a 7 day treatment of steroids at the ER. I have started gaining mobility on my right side again which I am so grateful for. I have high hopes that I will be back to normal soon. Other than the 7 day medication I have not been taken any additional measures or medication to aid in the results. I have been returning back to working out and eating better. I have also been drinking lot's of water. I hope you found this video helpful and thank you for watching!
