"Let's Talk About Epilepsy Surgery" is our new awareness campaign about pediatric epilepsy surgery. In this sixth webinar in our series, our founder Monika Jones discusses phase 2 invasive evaluations with Dr. Taylor Abel, Director of the Pediatric Epilepsy Surgery Program at UPMC Pittsburgh Children's Hospital. Dr. Abel reviews the various phase 2 invasive evaluations sometimes required to localize seizures in the brain, including stereo EEG, grids, and depth electrodes.
The Brain Recovery Project is now the Pediatric Epilepsy Surgery Alliance. Go to www.epilepsysurgeryalliance.org to learn more.
