THE METHODOLOGY
ROAD SAFETY FOUNDATION developed practical tools and systems including an interactive training methodology which could work even with illiterate drivers. The entire course is covered by classroom Lecture session, supported with visual aid, Video Films, and Multimedia Presentations and as well as Practical Training. Road Safety Foundation has developed research-based driver training courses that are comprehensive, practical, and meet the requirements of different stake holders in the Indian environment. Over 550,000 drivers & 10000 Forklift Operators have since been trained by Road Safety Foundation.

Description & Benefits
This is largely a theory & Practical based course covering topics that include proper operating procedures, applicable regulations, loading docks and batteries. The inexperienced or novice operator will also require additional hands-on operating instruction to master the skills needed to drive a lift truck on the job - this on-site driver training is not included in the standard program but is available if required. By having the training conducted in house it allows the company operators to train on the machines that they will be operating for the employer, and training can be incorporated for load specific operations. Training can be conducted at the weekends or other times to meet the requirements of the customer.
