Got Friends Mini-500 - Having a blast at treetop level - Microsoft Flight Simulator

Описание: Today I'm flying something completely different. Like the name of my channel suggests I normally concentrate on vintage airplanes. I'm not really big into helicopters and only have about 30 min of Helicopter time in MSFS. But since I absolutely adore Got Friends Wilga, I thought I give the Mini-500 a go.

In short, I absolutely love it. It's an absolute blast to fly. The visuals, sounds and effects are also top notch, just like their Wilga. I think (also, when considering the price of 15 USD) it's an absolute must have, even when you are not into Helicopters!

Since I know little about helicopters, I'm sure many of you will shake their heads a few times throughout this video...sorry about the landing(s). But the purpose of the video is to show, that even an idiot like me can have a lot of fun with it.

Two things I should mention:
First, I couldn't get the ball into the center on the turn and slip indicator, even with almost full rudder (anti-torque) deflection. I'm sure it's a user error. I'm sure you can get it straight with a different power setting or by a different trim setting.
Second, two switches are currently not working (the Clutch and Governor switches). That is because of a bug with the sim that will be fixed with SU12. As soon as Microsoft will release the update, Got Friends will make these switches operational.

Lastly, I'm sorry about the like & subscribe message at the end. Originally, I wanted to leave that away from my channel, because to me it feels like begging. But apparently it is pretty much the only way to keep a youtube channel going and keep videos active.
