An officer was on patrol when he observed a vehicle with a dark tint covering its license plate.
In the end, Precious was charged with failing to obey lawful commands, resisting without violence, and having an obscured tag. She ultimately pled no contest to the failing to obey charge and her adjudication was withheld. She was ordered to pay $514 in costs and fees. After failing to pay any amount, the fees were sent to collections.
