🍋 Lemon & Honey Soap Making | A Special Way to Use Lemon & Honey in Soap

Описание: In this video, I’ll show you how I make Natural Soap using Lemon Puree and Honey with a special method. Instead of adding lemon juice to the lye like most soap makers, I add the Lemon Puree to the oils at the end. I also use Honey in my soap, I dilute the Honey in water before using it. To make sure the soap stays at the right temperature, I make the lye solution at around 10°C, which helps prevent overheating and unwanted reactions. This helps control the temperature rise that can happen when Honey is mixed with lye, ensuring a smooth soap-making process.

This is Cold Process Soap method. It is the perfect way to make handmade soap that combines the benefits of Lemon and Honey in a gentle and unique way. This soap making recipe features soft oils, including rice bran oil, so I add sodium lactate to make the soap firmer and reduce the time to unmold. A key ingredient in every soap making recipe I create is sodium citrate, which prevents soap scum and extends the soap’s shelf life.
