Описание: Bill and I get an Extra Large Project. One day last week Bill says we gotta go around the Bend and look at a Big Truck project for ya. Our friends at the Marina had a 5 Ton M818 Truck 6x6 Military Tractor that they used to pull large boats out of the water when the lake level was too low to use the ramps. The truck hadn’t been started in a couple years and hadn’t moved in 7 or 8 years with a couple flat tires. Luckily our other neighbor runs a tow yard, Tommy’s Towing, they have a semi truck wrecker and came to pull it back for us, just 5 miles or so away. This is the process of figuring out how things work, getting the wheels off and swapped around and the engine started to put it away until we can work on it again. It needs some going through and some new tires, filters, air system maintenance and full lube service etc to be ready to pass on to the next owner. We might want to use it depending on what happens on the lake this summer!
