Madonna - Like It Or Not (Unedited Version)

Описание: At the beginning of 2005 (most probably in January), Madonna began working with the Swedish duo Bloodshy & Avant (Christian Karlsson and Pontus Winnberg). They presented her with several instrumental tracks, including one titled “Snooker Crunk,” for which Madonna wrote the lyrics.

This resulted in the song “Like It or Not,” which was later slightly reworked by Confessions on a Dance Floor’s main producer, Stuart Price.

However, this version leaked online around 2020, along with the entire album in its early working versions, and it also contains audible differences in comparison to the final album version.

It is not entirely clear who created this version.

It could be the final demo that Madonna recorded with the duo Bloodshy & Avant, since when this song leaked around 2020, it was found in the same folder as “Get Together” in the Bagge & Peer version, recorded around the same time as “Like It or Not” with Bloodshy & Avant. It is believed that around June–July 2005, Stuart Price gave the album its final shape, and that’s when the arrangement of “Get Together” was changed — therefore, this file must be older.

Another possibility is that in this version, Stuart Price had already added his own ideas to the Bloodshy & Avant demo, as it is assumed that Madonna worked with them in January 2005, while Stuart was still working with her on material in February.

That's why we intentionally avoid usin the "demo" word in the title and consider this one as "Undedited Version".
