Why Are Spongebob Background Characters So Mean?

Описание: Have you noticed that the Bikini Bottomites are kinda jerks? I was watching the "Grandma's Kisses" episode of SpongeBob, and it hit me—everyone's an A-hole. They literally found SpongeBob's grandma's house, stood outside, and laughed at him for being a sweet grandson. What’s wrong with these people? Don’t they have jobs?

This got me thinking about all the other times the town's residents have been awful. So, I thought it'd be fun to go over some of their worst moments and figure out why they’re the absolute worst. Even the official SpongeBob YouTube channel posted a clip highlighting their rudeness. So, when did this start?
