Sebastien Flute NEWTRON Riser and Limbs Review

Описание: Does the Sebastien Flute NEWTRON riser and limbs feel like a top-tier recurve bow? Surprisingly, it exceeded my expectations! The limbs feel more refined than their price suggests, and the riser’s finish is nearly flawless. However, a grip upgrade would make a big difference, and the limb-to-riser fit could use some improvement. Overall, a solid setup for the price!

Sebastien Flute’s note on limb issue:
We are aware that the standard size for the pocket is 9.45mm (0.372"). For this level of our product, we typically work with 9.5mm (0.374") to provide a bit more flexibility during limb assembly, ensuring it is not too tight.

Regarding the uneven cut on one side of the limb butt, this is a result of our final QA process. Initially, the limb is manufactured with evenly cut ends. Then, during the final steps of QA, the center of the limb is checked, and we manually adjust the limb butt to ensure proper alignment of the center when necessary. It is during this adjustment process that the issues you mentioned can occur.

While there may be slight variations in the cut and appearance, these should not affect the limb's performance. However, if there is a significant difference in the shape on both sides, it would be considered defective.

My note on limb issue after response:
The limbs easily aligned as designed and I would have never noticed without feeling that the fit was looser than I would prefer.
