The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel [ SOLVED]

Описание: Security code problem:

My application is supposed to make use of ssl. While running my asp.net c# application, I got the following error, "could not create ssl/tls secure channel" .

I know that the server doesn't have a valid HTTP URL address, but here I used HTTPS, so that error starts happening. In order to bypass this issue the two lines in my code.

ServicePointManager.Expect100Continue = true;
ServicePointManager.SecurityProtocol = SecurityProtocolType.Tls12;
