Equipment:
Reverse Spherification Kit from Modernist Pantry

Scale that can measure grams

Blender
Large glass bowl with some sort of lid, and a smaller bowl
2 cup measuring cup
a fork or whisk
a small tray or baking pan for stability
a freezer and refrigerator
a slotted spoon
Ingredients:
Distilled water
Just Egg (or your favorite liquid egg substitute)
Calcium lactate and sodium alginate from the spherification kit listed above
