"After his wife was killed in a mysterious bomb explosion, a cop leaves the department and starts a charter boat service. When an undercover agent who is a close friend is killed, he is asked to look into it, and discovers a web of espionage and murder."
Released on CIC Video in the UK, this was a pilot movie for a proposed series that never came to pass. Directed by William Hale and starring Mike Connors as Karl Ohanian, Clu Gulager, Marriette Hartley, Robert Hooks, Samanatha Eggar and James Shigeta among others.
