Welcome to my studio! This is a step-by-step silk painting process video of a custom order, hand painted silk scarf for a very special client by Angel Ray of Muse Silk Paintings. After creating this original design for a very special client with motifs of the Phoenix, florals, and "Hope" representing strength, love and courage.
These scarves will be given to lucky clients of the amazing company Billingsley Post & Graphics.
These are the steps from tracing my original design, to drawing resist lines, and using the salt technique to create this special piece. This video has been edited to be less than 7 minutes long, however in reality, this piece took between 8-10 hours to complete due to the amount of preparation and detail.
