Since 2009, 13 of the bravest pediatric patients at UI Children’s Hospital have been selected as Kid Captains for the Hawkeye football team each season. This year, one has a special connection to the Hawkeye football team. In addition to beting the Kid Captain on November 7, Lincoln Ortman (5) happens to be the nephew of Iowa freshman walk-on defensive back Isaiah Kramme.
