This pork chili Verde is so easy and delicious. The meat is followed part tender, and that sauce is simply amazing.
It’s also so versatile you can use it in tacos, burritos, burrito, bowls, or just by itself with some cheese and sour cream and some corn tortillas.

Ingredients,
3 pounds of pork shoulder or pork sirloin roast.
One medium, diced onion
Four cloves of chopped garlic.
One cup of low sodium chicken broth or beer next line one large can of mild green enchilada sauce
1 teaspoon of oregano.
Two large bay leaves
1/4 C water
1T cornstarch
1 teaspoon of onion powder.
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
