The War Within Patch 11.1.7, Legacy of Arathor

Collector's Bounty Event ran from July 1st to July 29th, 2025.

In short, you get a buff called Collector's Bounty, which increases your chance
of obtaining old content—like mounts, legendaries, and transmog—by 5%.

according to Blizzard and Wowhead posts.

After doing this nonsense grind on 10 toons,
I finally scored two mounts, a few transmog sets, and the Outlandish Style Achievement.

Funny thing—the only piece I was missing? The boots.
They used to be my only pair back in BC all the way until Sunwell… and for some funky reason,
they never dropped again. Classic Blizzard drop shenanigans.

01.Fiendish Hellfire Core, which drops from Gul'dan in The Nighthold Raid on Mythic only. 02:20

Additionally, he can drop the Living Infernal Core Mount on Mythic, Heroic, and Normal.

02.I also finally got the G.M.O.D. Mount from High Tinker Mekkatorque in the Battle of Dazar'alor raid 04:44
on any difficulty (LFR, Normal, Heroic, and Mythic).

here are my five cents.

01.The event buff was bugged. You tried to fix it by handing out a temporary buff, 08:41
but countless players ended up wasting an entire week thanks to the mess.

02.Was it really that hard to make the Collector’s Bounty buff 50% instead of 5%? 09:08
Seriously, what do you have to lose—it’s a 20-year-old, useless, low-res 3D model.

03.Last but not least—when are you finally going to include item drop percentages, 09:46
without forcing us to download shady addons? Or should I say “laggons”?

Make legacy raid/Mythic dungeons reset every 2 days,
so players have at least 3 chances per week instead of your bullshirt weekly lockout system.

The simple solution to this entire bullcrap 5% event?
Make the items tradable via Auction House.

if your issue is the WTS That’s your problem—not ours.
i still cant belive some one well waites 60$+ wich most player gong to report them
to smpily spam WTS messages WITH URL in LFG.
