INGREDIENTS:
1. Lau shak / bottle gourd spinach 1 bunch
2. Some lau er data
3. 200 gm flat bean
4. 1 large potato
5. 1/4th cup shrimp / prawn
6. 3 chopped onion
7. 2 tsp garlic paste
8. 7-8 piece green chili
9. ½ tsp turmeric powder
10. 1 tsp salt
11. 3-4 tbsp oil
12. 1 cup water
PROCEDURE:
1. Heat oil in a cooking pan. Add chopped onion. Stir and turn onion in transparent colour.
2. Add shrimp, salt, turmeric powder and garlic paste. Stir and mix all. Saute all for a minute.
3. Now add flat bean, lau er data and potatoes. Stir and mix all. Cover pan for 2 minutes to sauté nicely.
4. 2 minutes later, open the lid. Stir all. Now add 2-3 green chili and around 1 cup of water. Stir and mix all. Simmer perfectly. Then cover pan around 2-3 minute in high-medium flame.
5. 3 minutes later, open the lid. Stir all. Bean and potatoes are almost half sodden. Now add lau shak. Mix all. Now cover pan around 2-3 minute in medium flame.
6. 2-3 minutes later, open the lid. Some water already drains from shak. Shak will sodden with this water. Taste amount of salt, if needed add more. Also add 3-4 piece split green chili. Mix again. Cover pan again for 4-5 minute.
7. 5 minutes later, open the lid. Stir and check that shak, aloo and flat bean sodden properly. Put off the flame and serve this healthy shak sim recipe with hotty rice.
