Building Rustic Raised Beds from Old Railway Sleepers

Описание: Some time ago we took delivery of a load of rustic railway sleepers (aka railroad ties) and started the process of cleaning them up to be used down in the garden one day. Well, that day has finally arrived.

In this video we're going to build two raised beds, fill them up with hugelkultur, top them off with some compost, surround them with bark and plant more summer crops into them.

We have more beds planned for the future but the ones we build today are kind of like a prototype. Let's see what happens.
