New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani revealed his first budget proposal this week, and with out came a request from the State to "tax the rich" to help pay for the City's finances, or risk Mamdani saying he needed to raise property taxes in the City. Ken Girardin reacts to that proposal in this full interview.
