Check out Dublin’s latest street mural in the heart of the North East Inner City. Artists Inkfun, Shane Ha, 23mGraphics and Often joined local artist Fionnuala Halpin along with students from Sheriff Youth Club and After School Education and Support Programme in this vibrant tribute to local sporting heroes. Animating the whole back wall of Sheriff Youth Club, the mural is a symbol of community engagement and civic pride as well as pride in the locals for their sporting heroes.
The project was managed by Marcela Perducci of the Five Lamps Arts Festival. The festival is proudly supported by Dublin City Council and the North East Inner City Initiative. The video was filmed and edited by Melinda Koday.
