When you fly in Northern Norway in winter is normal that your plane is deiced before take-off. This happens after boarding is completed and usually means a delay of 10-15 minutes; but it is done for the sake of safety. So this clip is from Tromso airport where a SAS passenger plane is sprayed with anti-icing liquids before flying! This is how life is like in the far north of Norway in winter:-)
