Way Down in the Hole - Performed by The Jacquie Young Band

Описание: When I first heard this Tom Waits song, I knew I had to perform it. It brought together sounds and lyrics that reminded me so much of my time spent in Alabama. What great atmosphere - all about dancing with the devil.
With slide and electric guitar, a great backline rhythm and smoky vocals, this tune evokes, for me, late nights in a deep south Blues bar. After performing the song on stage for a number of years, the band was still so fond of it that it was a must to go on our new upcoming album "It's About Time". We hope the final result gives a sense of the deep south, with a slightly eerie atmosphere to accompany a song about good vs evil.
