Day 7 | Creamy Mushroom Pasta
I’ve gone between eating meat and not eating meat for most of my teen and adult life to date. This recipe from @PickUpLimes which I learned during the pandemic has come with me throughout. When I’m eating meat I’ve enjoyed adding in diced chorizo or chicken. Not only is it great for a cosy night in but it’s a really good choice for having something in the belly between finishing work and hitting the gym or going to training.
