She was also seen conversing with figures at the luncheon. Later in the day, Kate swapped outfits to attend a Buckingham Palace reception for foreign heads of state. She wore a bright cobalt blue dress with twisted ruching details across the bodice, gold buttons, and a matching tiny belt attached to the waist.
